(“Infinity Wave,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) values the privacy of individuals who use the FOX website, application, mobile app, and related services (collectively, the “Services”). This Privacy Policy (the “Policy”) describes the information that we gather from visitors, users, and others who access or use the Services (“Users,” “you,” or “your”), how we use and disclose such information, and the steps we take to protect such information.
